Riaditeľstvo 1063: from spreadsheets and chats to a system the whole network works in every day.
A network of financial mentors that ran on spreadsheets, paper and group chats. In four months it got a website, a mobile app in both stores and an overview for the leadership. It is our own project, not a client reference. Instead of a gallery of projects we show a system that really runs. We use the same way of working on projects for external companies: for the Riaditeľstvo 1053 network, our client, we built a website and a mobile app on the same foundation.

- The network grew faster than its record-keeping. Nobody could say from one place who had worked this week and who had dropped off.
- Situation
- Results were reported in group chats, everyone tracked their production in their own spreadsheet, and new people learned the system by asking whoever brought them in.

- We did not buy another task tool. We built the system around the way the network actually works: who sponsors whom, what a closing period is, why points are counted this way.

- A website that collects enquiries and knows who referred each person. An app for members on iOS and Android: onboarding, production records, weekly reports, team messaging. An overview for the leadership: structure, approvals, closing periods, career progression. An assistant that answers according to the network's procedures.

- The network has one source of truth. The leadership sees who is working and who needs a hand before they drop off. Members pay for the app through both stores, so the system covers part of its own running costs.
- Technology
- One codebase for iOS and Android, a cloud database with row-level access rules, automated deployment, error monitoring, subscriptions through both stores and an assistant with its own knowledge base. We run and develop the system ourselves.

We think before we build.
Omoikane Group is a digital studio from Nitra, Slovakia. For companies we develop websites, mobile apps, web applications, business systems and AI automation built to order, and we give them a brand that fits who they really are. We take on projects from companies across Slovakia and work in English for companies abroad.
In Japanese mythology, Omoikane is the god of deliberation. The one the others came to when they were out of answers. He did not know everything. He knew how to think. That is exactly what you get from us: before we draw anything or write the first line, we understand what is going on in your company and which part of it truly needs solving. One head, two hands: one draws the brand, the other builds the system.
Omoikane Group was founded in May 2026 in Nitra, Slovakia. A new company, not a new experience. We lead the Riaditeľstvo 1063 network, and the system it works in every day is one we built and run ourselves. For the Riaditeľstvo 1053 network, our client, we built a website and a mobile app on the same foundation. We build brands with the same craft from the other side: first we understand who the company is, then we give it a face. We know what a problem looks like from inside a company, not only from a brief.
