1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We process only the data you voluntarily provide:

• Contact data: name, email, phone, company name and the content of your message (when you submit the contact form or request a service).
• Technical data: IP address and browser type, processed by Cloudflare as our hosting partner when delivering the site and protecting it against attacks. We do not use these records for tracking or marketing.
• Cookies: none. This site uses no cookies, whether technical, analytical or marketing.
• Traffic measurement: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies or other device identifiers, does not track people across websites and records only aggregate data: pages visited, country, browser type and load speed. The site does not remember you between visits and cannot be used to identify you.

3. Purpose of processing

• Responding to your enquiry or request (Article 6(1)(b): performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
• Accounting and invoicing (Article 6(1)(c): compliance with a legal obligation).
• Protecting the legitimate interests of the controller, in particular IT security (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention period

• Contact enquiries: a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
• Accounting documents: 10 years under Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting.
• Cookies: none. The site has no cookies, session storage or local storage. Aggregate traffic data is retained by Cloudflare for 6 months.

5. Recipients of data

We do not transfer your data to third parties except where required by law (tax office, courts) or where necessary to provide a service. Current processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, with servers in the EU): site hosting, protection against attacks, cookie-free traffic measurement (Web Analytics) and routing of email sent to @omoikanegroup.com addresses to our mailboxes. 101 Townsend St, San Francisco. Processor under Standard Contractual Clauses (EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
• Supabase, Inc. (EU data centre): storage of enquiries submitted through the contact form. Data stored in the EU.
• Resend, Inc. (USA): sending the email notification about a new enquiry to our team (it contains the form data). Processor under Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace, EU): company mailboxes where your messages and the form notifications arrive.

The site's fonts are hosted on our own server; loading them contacts no third party. All processors process data solely on the basis of a written data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, within the EU or in territories with an adequacy decision.

6. International data transfers

Some of our processors (e.g. Cloudflare) are based in the United States. Transfers are made under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the data we process.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Restriction of processing in certain cases.
• Data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting previous processing.

8. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Slovakia:

9. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The current version is always available at omoikanegroup.com/privacy-policy. We will notify you by email of any material changes (e.g. a change in the purpose of processing).
