1. Data Controller

2. Data we process

We process only the data you voluntarily provide:

• Contact data: name, email, phone (when you submit a contact form or request a service)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit timestamps (anonymized analytics)
• Cookies: this site does not use any cookies. No tracking, no marketing, no analytics. If we ever deploy Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless), the site still won't remember you between visits.

3. Purpose of processing

• Responding to your inquiry or request (Article 6(1)(b) — performance of contract or pre-contractual measures)
• Accounting and invoicing (Article 6(1)(c) — compliance with legal obligation)
• Protecting legitimate interests of the controller, in particular IT security (Article 6(1)(f))

4. Retention period

• Contact inquiries: maximum 3 years from last contact
• Accounting documents: 10 years under Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting
• Cookies: none. The site has no cookies, session storage or local storage.

5. Recipients of data

We do not transfer your data to third parties except where required by law (tax office, courts) or where necessary to provide a service. Current sub-processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA with EU edge): static hosting and CDN. 101 Townsend St, San Francisco. EU sub-processor with Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Zoho Corporation B.V. (EU data center): email mailboxes @omoikanegroup.com. Data stored in the EU.
• Google LLC: solely for Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). The site sends no personal data, only an anonymous request for font files.

All sub-processors process data solely on the basis of a written data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR, within the EU or in territories with an adequacy decision.

6. International data transfers

Some of our processors (e.g. Cloudflare) are based in the United States. Transfers are made under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we process
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing in certain cases
• Data portability — receive data in a machine-readable format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting previous processing

8. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Slovakia:
